We understand that living with a learning disability can make a number of daily tasks and situations more challenging for individuals and their families we provide supported living for individuals with a learning disability.
Dependent on your individual needs, staff support may be up to 24 hours in the day.
We understand that integration into the community can be very difficult and thus our Person Centred Support Programme focuses on overcoming this. We work with local colleges and other organisations which support those with a learning disability. This ensures that a holistic approach is used when deciding on what care and support to provide. The client is fundamental to the success, therefore we try to understand the person and how they are individually affected by their learning disability.
