We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) who are passionate about their roles and are eager to continuously learn and grow. Our HCAs are expected to be well-versed in a range of care and medical techniques, always staying informed about the most recent care techniques available. Key Responsibilities

• Daily Living Activities: Assist clients with activities such as eating, showering, and using the toilet.
• Client Mobility: If required, you will utilize equipment to move patients when necessary and assist with their general mobility.
• Cleanliness: Help tidy the patient’s home or room to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record the client’s vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Emotional Support: Engage in conversations with patients, offering reassurance and emotional support.
• Team Collaboration: Attend meetings with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive client care.
• Professional Standards: Adhere to the highest professional standards, ensuring client safety and confidentiality.
• Reporting: Deliver regular reports to the Care Manager and promptly highlight any significant changes in the patient’s condition.

Shift Pattern Day or Night shift available but note that shift pattern varies. Salary & Compensation

• £11/hour rate (you will be required to do 48 hours/week)
